Glyndale Sands No 303 is part of a brand new complex of 18 apartments. This apartment is aimed at the discerning guest looking for upmarket, luxurious accommodation. It is situated on the beachront at Uvongo.
The view from the main bedroom, lounge and verandah is absolutely breath taking. Totally ideal for those guests who want easy beach access. The complex is fully walled and has an automatic gate. There is a tandem automatic lock-up garage for your use. This is easily able to house 2 cars.
The unit consists of:
- 1 bedroom with queen size bed and en-suite bathroom.
- Second bedroom with queen size bed.
- Third bedroom with queen size bed.
- A 2nd bathroom is shared between the other 2 bedrooms.
- 6 people can be comfortably accommodated
The living area consists of a modern open-plan lounge, dining room and stunning kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier. Full DSTV is provided for you.
There is a verandah with built in braai and Weber leading off the lounge. Lovely verandah furniture is there for you to sit and relax at whilst having sundowners and admiring the view. The complex is superbly situated with incredible seaviews. Simply cross the road and you’re on the beach. There are no buildings in front of the apartment to spoil your view!
Linen and bath towels are provided for you but you do need to bring your own beach towels. This unit is serviced daily Lettie who will make beds, clean bathrooms, sweep floors, clean your braai etc.
Please Note: Dishwashing is not included in the maid’s duties as an automatic dishwashing machine is provided for you.

We charge a R350 admin fee and R300 refundable breakages deposit.
