Arabella Unit 1 Accommodation
Arabella Unit 1 is part of a small, secure complex of 8 units situated on the Margate Lagoon. These luxurious apartments are beautifully furnished and have stunning seaviews from the lounge and verandah. The complex is extremely central and is a 150m walk to the main beach. If you need to cool off, the municipal swimming pool is close by. You are also within easy walking distance to the shops and restaurants in central Margate. The complex is fully walled and has automatic gates. There is only space for one car per apartment! (On a first come first served basis we have additional parking for a small car and two trailers)
The unit consists of:
- 1 bedroom with queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom (air con in main bedroom)
- 2nd bedroom with queen-size bed
- 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds – 2nd bathroom
- 6 people can be comfortably accommodated
The apartment has a beautifully furnished open-plan lounge, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is extremely well-equipped with tumble-drier, washing machine microwave etc. There is plasma screen TV, a DVD player and DSTV decoder. DSTV is permanently activated for your use. This unit has the compact version of DSTV with 29 channels!
There is a lovely verandah (with built-in braai) with sliding doors leading off the lounge. An ideal spot for a braai and sundowners. A superb sea view makes this a perfect setting for a relaxing holiday.
Linen, bedding and bath towels are provided for you. Please bring your own beach towels. This unit is serviced daily and maid’s duties include making beds, sweeping floors, cleaning bathrooms and braai etc. Our caretaker, Linda will be there to greet you on your arrival and she’ll be there to ensure that you have a carefree and hassle free holiday.

We charge a R350 admin fee and R300 refundable breakages deposit.
