The unit is situated in a secure gated complex with 24 hour security with limited access. The apartment is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom facility with lovely neat granite top kitchen and lounge with wall mounted TV. The covered patio invites you to enjoy the tranquil bird life and wonderful sunrise each day.
Although it is situated in a very quiet area it is only 2 kms from the lovely new Tiffany's shopping centre and less than 3 kms to the access of the N2. Its only a 5 minute drive to Ballito where the busy hub of Lifestyle and other shopping centres are available, The Beaches are no more than a 5 minute drive from the apartment. The complex itself has a wonderful 4 lane training swimming pool, natural walkways around the dams filled with fish and a mini rugby and soccer field. The unit is not serviced but is cleaned and prepared for guests before their arrival as well as on their departure.
All linen and towels are provided and the kitchen is well equipped. Bring your own DSTV, swimming towels and gas braai.

Directions
Take N2 highway north from Durban. Take the Sheffield Beach off ramp and turn right towards Sheffield beach. Cross over the highway. Pass Tiffany's shopping centre on the left. Take the next road left (the is a sign for Sheffild Manor Estates.) Drive about 2km down the road. Sheffield Manor Estates is on the left.
