Overview: Palm Tree Lodge consists of two thatched rondavels, joined by a large veranda, set in a large garden, completely separate from the main house. The smaller rondavel, called The Herdsman’s Hut, has a double bed and sunken ensuite shower room. The large rondavel called Shweshwe has twin beds and ensuite shower room. This room is suitable for wheelchair users. Both rondavels are equipped with television, a fan, and oil filled radiator, a fridge, and refreshment facilities.We serve homemade bread and preserves, and our main course changes daily. Palm Tree Lodge is situated about a kilometre from the Dundee CBD, and is a five-minute walk from the Dundee Golf Club.
